Chris Johns is a trial lawyer who has tried over 40 cases to verdict and judgment throughout Texas, the Gulf Coast, and around the nation with a 98% success rate. Prior to representing individuals and businesses on the plaintiff’s side of the docket, Chris worked at two of the nation’s largest and most prestigious corporate defense firms where he represented corporations in all areas of civil litigation in state and federal court.
Chris grew up in Houston where he attended Memorial High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin where he served in leadership positions in several student organizations including the Silver Spurs. Chris moved back to Houston to attend law school at the University of Houston Law Center where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and where he received several awards and scholarships based on his academic performance.
Chris has been selected as a Super Lawyer in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation every year since 2004 and has been awarded a superb 10.0 rating from AVVO, as score that takes legal skill, experience, industry recognition, and professional conduct into consideration. He is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
